class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of Access to Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of access to information in possession of Croatia Control is regulated by the Act on the Right of Access to Information (OG No. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2013_02_25_403.html\" target=\"_blank\">25\/13<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2015_08_85_1649.html\" target=\"_blank\">85\/15<\/a>, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2022_06_69_1025.html\" target=\"_blank\">69\/<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2022_06_69_1025.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">22<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Act prescribes the principles, exceptions and the procedure for exercising and to information by submitting an oral or written request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must contain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the name and registered office of the public authority to which the request is submitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>important data for identifying the requested information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>name, surname and address of the natural person requesting information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>company, i.e. the name of the legal person and the registered office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person requesting information is not required to state the reasons for requesting information and they may also propose the manner in which the public authority will make the information available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anti-Corruption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We actively, systematically and consistently implement measures and actions to combat corruption in all its title=\"\">Ethics Commissioner<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Whistleblowing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers (Official Gazette <a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2022_04_46_572.html\" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">46\/22<\/a>) regulates the reporting of irregularities, the procedure for reporting irregularities, the rights of persons reporting irregularities, the obligations of public authorities and legal and natural persons in relation to reporting irregularities, as well as other issues important for reporting irregularities and the protection of whistleblowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the above, Croatia Control has adopted the Regulations on the Appointment of Confidential Persons and Internal Whistleblowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confidential Person<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p
