CCL’s New Organizational Structure

October 1, 2019

Croatia Control (CCL) has a new organizational structure as of today. On October 1, 2019, a new Ordinance on the Organization/Internal Organizational Structure of Croatia Control Ltd. and a new company Collective Agreement came into force. Those two documents are crucial for CCL’s business operations in the sense of meeting the regulatory and technological requirements.

A new management structure has been established as well to improve CCL’s business operations and broaden the scope of operation, with the primary goal of establishing our own key staff training organization, investing in the infrastructure and system modernization, and improving the working and living conditions of all CCL’s employees.

On that occasion, CCL’s Director General Vlado Bagarić expressed his gratitude to all who have contributed to the process of establishing the new organizational structure and conducting the comprehensive transformation of CCL into a modern air navigation service provider, in line with the Airspace Architecture Study and Single European Sky principles.
