The task of Aeronautical Meteorology in Croatia Control Ltd is to provide meteorological services to air navigation. With meteorological observations, forecasts and warnings we contribute towards safe, regular and efficient international air navigation, respecting the regulations set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
Our main users are: air traffic control, airlines, airports, general aviation and all other users whose operations rely or depend on weather conditions.
The Meteorological Watch Office is located at Zagreb Airport and it coordinates the activities of meteorological offices at international airports in Zagreb, Split, Pula, Dubrovnik, Zadar, Rijeka and Osijek. Our services are also available at the international airports in Brač and Lošinj. |
